What we do to keep one business’s calls, leads and connections away from another’s. Version 2026-09-17.

How we hold your data

• One tenant’s data is isolated from another’s in the database.
• Client secrets (Google tokens, CRM keys) are encrypted at rest in our store. Access tokens from Google are not written to disk.
• We verify webhooks we accept.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep a written transcript of a call, not an audio file, and the words expire. The privacy policy carries the retention table, what leaves the UK, and what a caller can ask us to delete.

If you think you have found a security problem with Call Cover, write to security@callcover.io. Tell us what you did and what you saw. Do not test against another business’s data.
