A missed call doesn’t leave a message. It leaves with the next van.
Now Call Cover answers it, and the job stays yours.
The phone rings while you’re under a sink. Nobody picks up, so they try the next name on the list. You never find out it happened.

Most of them never rang back.
A missed call does not look like anything. There is no notification for a customer who hung up, and no way to tell a busy morning from a bad one.
In most cases people won’t leave a message and move on to someone who will pick up.
If its after 3pm on Friday, then ill start listening to voicemails at 7am
One a week is twenty thousand a year.
A booking that went to whoever answered is a booking you will not invoice. One a week, at a $400 service call, is $20,800 over a year.
Illustrative: one a week × $400 × 52. Not a measurement from your van.
Call Cover picks up on the first ring.

Into the calendar you already use.
Writes it down.
Who rang, what they wanted, what was agreed.

Try to catch it out.

Do I have to change my number, or my phone company?
No. You keep both. We give you a second number and you forward to it: every call, only the ones that ring out, or only after hours. Take the forward off and your phone rings exactly as it did last year.
